Doing very well. Following all regiments fully. 5 protein meals, 3 oz each, + water, 15 min exercise walking only, puffing on the spirulator from the hospital to increase lung capacity. Resting and reading. no pain. I'm content and pleased with everything. Doing dishes,watering plants, doing small tasks. I'll be able to shower tomorrow. My balloonist called to ck up on me and wish me a happy birthday early since he's on his way to Canada. My other son brought over a beautiful get well plant, so sweet, from him and his girlfriend. John slept over last night to take care of the dog. I don't want her pulling me. I'm glad my boss talked me into taking an extra week vacation. The weather has finally broken and it's so beautiful here.
